Sky Enlisted is a military-inspired small-group fitness program focused on improving your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Working as a team, you’ll push each other through exercises while receiving the support and encouragement from a Private Trainer. The program is designed for those with a solid fitness base—it will propel you to excellent physical condition!

Your workout will take place throughout the facility; sometimes outside if weather permits. You will run through a variety of drills that may include any combination of running, jumping jacks, push-ups, squats or sit-ups; as well as exercises that incorporate free-weights, medicine balls, BOSUs, and fitness machines. Sky’s Private Trainer will push you to reach your full potential—whether that is one more rep, additional weight, or a longer run. You will leave knowing you accomplished a great workout and looking forward to your next session.
