CrossFit SkyCrossFit Sky is a core strength and conditioning program that challenges you as a true performance athlete. But, that doesn’t mean you have to be one. No matter if you are a grandparent or a seasoned competitor; this program will be scaled to your ability. As your fitness level improves, your workouts will become more challenging—greater intensity, faster times, heavier loads, more reps—you will train for your individual best! You must like to push yourself and be challenged, enjoy team workouts with some competition, and be ready for a new workout each time; you’ll never do the same workout. WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE? Your CrossFit Sky coach will instruct you through the Workout of the Day (W.O.D.). The workout will focus on functional movements combined with high-intensity cardiovascular segments. You can expect to run, bike, and row in a variety of drills incorporating squats, dead lifts, push-press, bench press, jumping, medicine ball throws, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, sit-ups and much more.
