Programs At Sky, you will find programs designed to provide a balanced approach to your physical, mental and emotional well being. Traditional offerings such as Step, Low Impact and Hi/Lo are mixed with programs using the latest equipment such as the BOSU balance trainer and the Urban Rebounder. Or try one of our dance-based cardio programs. To shape and define, Sky offers group weight-training programs where you can learn the fundamentals of "pumping iron" in a non-intimidating atmosphere.
