 “If you believe in yourself and persevere towards your fitness goal, be it weight loss or improved athletic performance, you will rise to a new level of accomplishment that will change you for the rest of your life.   Several years ago, I struggled with my weight.  I tried every diet out there with little success, yet I would not accept failure as an option.  So, I decided to adjust my life, I changed what I ate, began weight-training, and started cardiovascular training.  Over the course of one year, I lost 80 pounds.   It was a very tough, yet extremely rewarding, accomplishment.  My perseverance in my weight loss journey ignited a passion in me for helping others to achieve their specific goals.  I understand the mental and physical aspect of losing weight.  I am able to relate to my clients who want to lose weight along with improving their life.”
