I feel very blessed to be a part of Sky Fitness and Wellbeing. It’s a place I feel positive that I can help motivate others in achieving their fitness goals and more. Sometimes it’s not only about the sweaty workout, but maybe equally as important for the member/client to know they’re in a safe place to voice any negative thoughts that may hinder real progress! I love to provide the kind of session/class that leaves a member with a sense of accomplishment and overall well-being. My goal is to provide all members and clients with a challenging, safe, fun and lasting fitness attitude!”
