SkyPilates

The goals of Pilates are to strengthen the torso, correct muscle imbalances and aid proper spinal alignment. Breathing, precision, concentration and fluid motion are all emphasized.

Sky has two types of Pilates programs: mat classes and those that use special equipment called Allegro Reformers. A Reformer uses a system of springs to create resistance against which the muscles work and stretch.

Sky Pilates Instructors
Our instructors are nationally certified Pilates Reformer trainers. We limit Reformer classes to no more than five individuals, enabling us to give personal attention to each student. Because we work with a wide range of participants, from mature adults to elite athletes, your workout will be designed to meet your individual fitness needs.

Rates and Schedules
Pilates Reformer training is a fee-based service. Private and Small Group instruction is available. For optimum results, we recommend at least two training sessions per week for five weeks.

Pilates Mat classes are included in your Sky membership.
