Strapped for time or just like the motivation and pace of a structured workout? Then SkyLine is right for you. Our 27-minute, full-body circuit workout will increase lean muscle mass and improve cardiovascular endurance. Using a different exercise during each 1 minute interval, SkyLine incorporates strength machines with cardio and core training activities. One of our Fitness Trainers will guide you along the way and ensure that the workout changes from day to day to keep it new and interesting. No matter what your current fitness level, you'll benefit from this heart pumping and fun workout. SkyLine is included in your membership. Supervised Hours 1-Minute Intervals Green - 40 seconds - Begin working at the designated station Yellow - 5 seconds - Push extra hard for the last few seconds Red - 15 seconds - Stop and move to the next station |
